Because some individuals are facing technological limitations in accessing the Monitoring Team database, the following spreadsheets are being posted directly on the SRC website for public access. The Monitoring Team is accepting edits and comments from the public on the data.
"2010 Data" consists of a spreadsheet of detections and a spreadsheet of searches for October 2010 through May 2011. That is new data that has not been publicly reviewed, and which was used to generate the QAQC report. We will accept edits and comments on that data through September of 2011, when we will begin to prepare the report for the current bird year.
"2009 Data" includes fatalities, searches, and turbine information used to generate the last monitoring report, and includes records through September of 2010. That data has been reviewed several times publicly. It is being distributed as part of the record and to replace the automated data system we were using, until an XP-compatible version is deployed. We will accept edits and comments on that data for two weeks, but not after July 31.
